Biography

Indira Arcia, MD, a physician who graduated from the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua (UNAN-Managua) in 2018. Following her medical degree, she completed her postgraduate residency training in Pediatrics in Managua, Nicaragua from 2018 to 2021. During her professional career, she have gained diverse clinical experience in pediatric care in the pulmonology department, where she developed a strong foundation in managing respiratory conditions in children. Additionally, she served as an attending physician in the inpatient unit, whre she also held a leadership role as coordinator, overseeing patient care and team collaboration. Her academic involvement includes serving as a teaching assistant in the department of clinical Pharmacology during her third year of medical school. Overall, her background reflects a strong commitment to pediatric healthcare and continous professional development.
