Biography

Dr. Keith Kenter, is Professor and Chair of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, as well as Professor in the Program in Medical Engineering at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine. Dr. Kenter is Board Certified in both Orthopaedic Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine. Dr. Kenter is also employed with Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine. Dr. Kenter is a graduate of DePauw University with a BA in Zoology in 1984. He also received a MS in Biology from Saint Louis University in 1986. He earned his MD from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine in 1990. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Duke University Medical Center in 1996. He went on to complete a Fellowship in Sports Medicine and Shoulder Reconstruction at The Hospital for Special Surgery in 1997.
