Biography

Rebecca Krzysiak, FNP is a certified nurse practitioner. She is a member of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. Rebecca received her bachelor of science in nursing from Ohio University. She then completed a Master of Science in Nursing - FNP track at Spring Arbor University.
