Biography

Robert Isacksen, MD, completed his undergraduate studies in chemistry at Hope College, Holland MI, in 1987. He earned his MD at the University of Michigan in 1991, and completed two years of general surgery training and four years of urology training at Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood IL in 1991. He practiced general urology for 26 years at both Borgess and Bronson hospitals. He served as President of Healthcare Midwest, a 100 provider multispecialty practice, from 2010 until 2013. He then served as the inaugural President of the Bronson Medical Group from 2015 until 2019. His interests include medical group governance, physician leadership, and physician and APP advocacy.
