Biography

Prescott Binder, DO, is a resident physician in the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Originally from Zeeland, Michigan, Dr. Binder first found his love for the ER while working as an EMT for LifeEMS Ambulance in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He received his Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and molecular biology from Hope College in Holland, Michigan. He then attended medical school at Kansas City University and graduated in the top quartile of his class. His clinical interests in Emergency Medicine include ultrasound, EMS, critical care, and administration/quality improvement.
