Biography

Zachary Hickner, MD received his undergraduate degree in physiology from Michigan State University. He completed his MD degree from MSU College of Human Medicine, transition year internship at UCLA School of Medicine, and Ophthalmology residency at Wayne State University - Kresge Eye Institute. Dr. Hickner is currently on medical staff at Bronson Methodist Hospital and Beacon Kalamazoo. He also practices comprehensive ophthalmology with a focus on cataract surgery at Hickner Eye Center, PC. Dr. Hickner teaches WMed third year family medicine residents during their ophthalmology rotation.
