Biography

Nicole Allbee, PhD, currently serves as the Chief of Staff for Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine. Dr. Allbee previously held a variety of roles at Western Michigan University before coming to WMed in 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. Her Master of Arts and Doctorate of Philosophy were both earned at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Her doctoral research focused on job satisfaction, occupational commitment, and staff retention in higher education. In addition to her work at WMed, Dr. Allbee currently serves as National Vice President of Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority.
