Biography
Biography
Melissa Davidson, MD, is a Primary Care Physician, board certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan. She earned her medical degree from Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan. She completed her residency in Medicine/Pediatrics at Wayne State University, and an additional year as the Medicine/Pediatrics Chief Resident. She worked in Academic Medicine with MSU/KCMS in the Internal Medicine and Pediatrics departments between 1996-2007. She started an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics community-based practice in 2006, which merged with Bronson Methodist Hospital in 2012, and continued to enjoy working with students and residents from MSU and WMed in the outpatient setting. Dr. Davidson's areas of special interest include Special Needs populations, Adolescent Medicine, Women's Health, and Provider Well-being.
