Kerri Murray, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon. She received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College, Wellesley, Massachusetts, with Honors in Biochemistry. She then completed her medical degree at Rush University's Rush Medical College, in Chicago, Illinois. She participated in clinical research about Nissen Fundoplications during this period. From 1999-2004, she completed her residency at Rosalind Franklin School of Medicine in Chicago, including her Chief Residency where she coordinated clinical, academic, and administrative duties. After completing her training, she moved with her husband to Battle Creek, Michigan, where she has continued to practice general surgery and raise her family.
