Biography
Biography
Adil Akkouch, PhD, received his master's degree in Experimental Medicine and his PhD in Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine at the Laval University of Quebec City, Quebec Canada. He also completed two postdoctoral trainings at the University of Iowa, in the Department of mechanical engineering and in the school of Dentistry before accepting a faculty position at Western Michigan University, School of Medicine. His research interests include hard and soft tissue engineering, 3D bioprinting and microRNA-based gene therapy.
