Biography

Dr. Mark Sytsma is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. He is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. He is employed by the Borgess Medical Center. He is a graduate of Calvin College with a BS in Biology-Major (with completion of Honors Program) and Biochemistry-Minor in 2000. He earned his MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2004. He completed his Residency in Orthopaedic Surgery from the Medical College of Wisconsin-Affiliated Hospitals in 2009. He also completed a Fellowship in Orthopaedic Sports Medicine from American Sports Medicine Institute in 2010.
