Biography

Alphonse DeLucia, MD is a surgeon. He completed his undergraduate education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He received his medical degree in Medicine (Summa Cum Laude) from SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn. Dr. DeLucia completed a research fellowship in vascular surgery at the University of Michigan. He also completed residency in general surgery at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and a secondary research fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. DeLucia is board certified in general surgery and thoracic and cardiac surgery by the Amercian Board of Surgery and the American Board of Thoracic Surgery.
