Biography

Biography

Suzanne Huberty, MD is a child and adolescent psychiatrist. She graduated with honors from the University of Colorado Boulder with a BS in chemical engineering with an emphasis on biology. She attended University of Colorado Denver for medical school, psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship. During her residency and fellowship she enhanced her skills in maternal and infant mental health by working in a co-located clinic in a women's health clinic and group therapy for mother's and infants. Additionally, she carried out a research study on trans-generational trauma. She completed the early childhood training through DC 0-5 training program. From 2020-2023, she provided outpatient psychiatric care to children and adolescents at Ascension Borgess Delano Clinic. She is currently an assistant professor in the department of psychiatry at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine and continues to provide outpatient psychiatric care to children and adolescents.
