Biography

Brandon Plante, DO, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with Southwestern Michigan Emergency Services. He received his undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University and went to medical school at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, earning a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree. He completed an internship and residency in emergency medicine at MSU-Sparrow Health Systems. Hia clinical interests include EMS and prehospital care. Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Plante worked as a paramedic and emergency dispatcher for Mercy Ambulance Service in Calumet, Michigan, and as a senior paramedic for Life EMS/Mall City Ambulance in Kalamazoo.
