Biography

Tressa Gardner, DO, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with American Physician Partners. She is a graduate of Oakland University. She earned her medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a traditional internship with Metro Health in Wyoming, Michigan, and completed an emergency medicine residency with Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital.

Dr. Gardner is director of McLaren Greater Lansing’s emergency department and is the founder and president of DeGarA, PLLC, a physician services company. She is president of the Michigan division of American Physician Partners. Her clinical interests include underserved populations and healthcare disparities.
