Biography

Jordan Boivin, MD, is an orthopaedic surgery resident physician in the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine, Kalamazoo, Michigan. He received a bioengineering degree from the Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. At Miami, his research focused on the detection and use of nanoparticles. He completed is medical school education at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. While at Wright State, his research focused on children's forearm fractures and osteoarthritic knees. His interests include teaching and mentoring medical students, research in orthopedics, and maintaining an active outdoor lifestyle.
