Biography

Matthew Sweet, MD, is a resident physician in the Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan with a bachelor degree in biomolecular science and minor in business administration. He then earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. His research interests include joint preservation and joint replacement surgery, and he has co-authored several publications on shoulder arthroplasty and rotator cuff repair.
