Ann Sheehan, DNP, CPNP, is a graduate of the University of Iowa and is a doctorally-trained Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience working with children and families in both private practice and community clinic settings.
Dr. Sheehan has leadership experience in clinical and academic settings which includes strategic planning, program and project management, fostering community partnerships, professional development and mentoring, benchmark data management, performance improvement, nurse managed health care, contract negotiation, and educational design. She has many years of service on academic, state and national professional boards.
Dr. Sheehan is an experienced advocate working on APRN and child health care issues at both the state and national levels.
