Biography
Luis H Toledo, MD, PhD, is a graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico Faculty of Medicine. Besides his medical degree, he earned doctorates in both physiology and the history of medicine from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
